  • * Each Standard and Student registration permits the presentation and publication of up to one paper in the proceedings.
    All accepted papers must be supported by a full Conference Registration paid by the corresponding author. Each full Conference Registration will support up to one paper.
  • 1 Includes: coffee breaks and lunches for conference day 2-day 3-day 4, welcome reception, social dinner, proceedings, and summer school day 1.
  • 2 Includes: all scientific sessions, coffee breaks and lunches of the selected day.
  • 3 includes 1 Standard Registration. With 2+ Standard Registrations from the same entity, the exhibition is free.
  • All fees reported are included VAT

Cancellation policy

  • Any change or cancellation requests must be officially submitted in writing to info@foritaal2024.mcrconference.it
  • Up to April 28th, 2024: 20% of the registration fees will be charged
  • April 29th, 2024 to May 29th, 2024: 50% of the registration fees will be charged
  • May 30th, 2024 to June 11th, 2024: 80% of the registration fees will be charged
  • June 12th, 2024 onwards: No refund will be processed for cancellations received
  • No-shows will not be eligible for refunds
